ERIELL, an international oilfield services group, have awarded Almaeer with a contract to perform a Rig Condition Survey and CAT IV Inspection on one of their land rigs based in Uzbekistan.
This Project comprises of two phases:  Phase 1 being the Rig Condition Survey, and Phase 2 the CAT IV Inspection (including NDT Inspection).

Audit Objectives for this project shall encompass the following:

• Assess equipment availability and readiness as per Client Audit Procedure for Drilling, Workover and Well Service Units.
• Assess the technical condition of the rig and associated equipment for upcoming project(s).
• Fully recertify the drilling unit and associated components to all recognized local and international standards, covering API STD 53 / API RP 4G/8B/7L CAT inspections.
• Safety and Environmental Critical Elements Management.
• Review the Contractor Management System with respect to rigs and associated equipment and assess their implementation.
• Assess the contractor`s personnel level of training and competence.
• Assess sub-contractor’s management.
